When I launched my publishing career in early 1993, I had no idea what a fantastical journey I was in for. The creativity, emotions, beauty, friendships, celebrations and sense of community I would discover along the way, were beyond my wildest imagination. You've heard it said, "Do what you'll love and you'll never work a day in your life." If that's the case, this lucky girl hasn't worked in over 25 years!

Last year I had the distinct pleasure of celebrating Today's Bride San Francisco's 25th anniversary with over 400 clients, friendors and family. And before you say it, I know, my posting is overdue, but I've got super legit reasons--our new website relaunched just as we were hitting deadline for the next print issue, while at the same time, Bianca, our awesome production manager, went on maternity leave. So please, please pardon the delay. I hope you enjoy it all the same!

Following all the fab images, you'll see a list of all the amazing industry professionals who came together to make this event unforgettable. I'd like to single out a few dear friends who've gone above and beyond for us in years past, but really went over the top for our 25th anniversary: Sherry Landi and Homan Rajai of Dekko88 who provided those sensational bars, cocktail tables, chairs and sexy lounge furniture; Edgar Martinez of Flowers by Edgar for that sensational, larger than life, floral "25" at the entrance; Ann Reeb of Earth Circus Productions who dazzled and delighted us with entertainment from floor to ceiling; and Cindy Danbom of Bella Notte who so perfectly designed, planned and coordinated every detail and participating professionals. I'm forever grateful, my darlings. You made our 25th anniversary the talk of the industry!

On my immediate left and right are my awesome-amazing-spectacular parents, Reverends Cliff and Carol Traub. Being raised in a home with so much love, support and faith is what gave me the confidence to embark upon this wild adventure. The good looking guy on the far left is my heartthrob and hubby, Gary Thomas.

TWENTY FIVE YEARS!!! It's still hard to believe (and admit) that I've been living the dream this long. Daily, my heart is filled with love and gratitude for the blessings, friendships and successes I've experienced along the way. So, to all those who've supported me and my beautiful baby--Today's Bride San Francisco--a gigantic, heartfelt MAHALO! I can't wait to see what comes next!   ~xoxo Cristine
